Crafted by the executive chefs at The Ivy, this dessert is designed to evoke the vibrant flavours of spring and promises a delightful end to a memorable meal.
Available from March 28 to March 30, the set menu showcases the best of seasonal produce, bringing bold, fresh flavours to the table, making it the perfect way to honour the special women in your life. For an extra touch of luxury, guests can elevate their dining experience with a Champagne-infused Afternoon Tea, available exclusively during this period. And as a charming gesture, each guest dining on the Mother’s Day menu will receive a bouquet of tulips, ideal for gifting to Mum.
The menu offers a range of starters, including some fan favourites and new dishes. For instance, the indulgent French Onion Soup, topped with a cheese crouton and parsley, offers a warming introduction, while the signature Crispy Duck Salad is garnished with roasted cashew nuts and sesame. New to the lineup is the Crab and Avocado Tian, a delicate dish featuring dressed crab, avocado, radish, tomato, and spinach, paired with a crispbread.
Mains are equally exciting, bringing in the bright flavours of spring. Guests can savour dishes like the Chargrilled Halloumi with Harissa Grains, accompanied by red peppers, courgettes, and pine nuts, or the Fillet of Sea Bass served with smoked aubergine, asparagus, and a tangy tomato-sherry dressing. For something truly unique, the Korean Glazed Chicken offers a fusion of flavours, topped with an avocado and jalapeño sauce, sesame, and pickled mooli.
To round off the meal, guests can indulge in classic options such as the decadent Ivy Chocolate Bombe, served with vanilla ice cream, honeycomb, and hot caramel sauce, or the smooth Crème Brûlée with its signature caramelized sugar crust. The showstopper, however, is the limited-edition Raspberry Bloom Parfait. Crafted from Chantilly cream and vanilla sponge, this dessert is transformed into a beautiful bloom, topped with edible flowers for a picturesque finish.
For those seeking a celebratory drink, the menu features two floral rose cocktails. The Strawberry and Rose Royale combines Tanqueray gin, Aperol, strawberry puree, and Champagne, topped with a spritz of citrus essence. For those opting for a non-alcoholic option, the Wild Rose uses Tanqueray 0% and Wild Idol Naturally Sparkling Wine to create a refreshing alternative.
